Award winning author, Leanne Burroughs fell in love with Scottish history while doing her husband’s genealogy. Highland Wishes is her first historical novel about Scotland's War for Independence. Her Highland Rogue is its sequel. Keeper of My Heart, a novel about Scotland's Battle of Culloden and its bloody aftermath is her current work in progress. Also in the works is the Viking epic, The Power and The Passion. She lives in Florida with her husband of 39 years. Highland Wishes and Her Highland Rogue received numerous writing awards. Chocolate in the Afternoon and Them's Fightin' Words are in No Law Against Love; The Healer is in Blue Moon Magic, and The Anti-Kissing League is in the P.E.A.R.L. nominated Blue Moon Enchantment. Christmas at Home is in Christmas Wishes, and Christmas Wonderland is in Holiday in the Heart. Suspicious Minds, her tribute to Elvis, is in Recipe for Love. Forever Love appears in Love Under the Mistletoe and Johnny's Fortune appears in Romance Upon A Midnight Clear.
